Hotel’s position just a walk down to all my favorite places, like clock tower chiang rai. The property was situated adjacent to the Local bus stop, just 10 minutes walking distance. I really enjoyed the fact that I chose City Home Guest House...

Location for night market and bus station. Perfectly adequate for budget conscious travellers.

We liked the downstairs sitting area, where you can also buy breakfast in the morning. The guesthouse is basic, but clean.

We had booked a double room, but we were given a twin room when we arrived. During our stay in Chiang Mai we found that there are cheaper guesthouses in within the moat that are cheaper, or if they were the same price, they offered better value for money.

The room was cleaned big enough to couple, free Internet access from the room, bed was ok, a/c was very nice because it was sooooo hot outside! Water in the room. Tv. The location is good just 5 min walking from the night Market and Bus Station, good restaurants in night Market with live music! With you want to book some trips around Chiang Rai don't book with the guy next door, very expense! We did a lot doing by ourselves much cheaper! For breakfast in the morning for those who doesn't care to eat rice for breakfast there is a very cheap restaurant just crossing the road! 7/11 just few minutes walking.

The electric shower wasn't working properly, most of times we did shower with cold water! But anyway we didn't complain cuz was very hot! The bad smell in front of the hotel, but it's not hotels fault!

The rate quality / price was excellent. The hotel gives you a comfortable place to have a break during a long trip. Its location is really good to have a walk in Chiang Rai. Really interesting for backpackers!

It met all our expectations. If you want a cheap hotel, it can be the one. Leave the luxury at one side and come in this simple but functional hotel.

It is great value for the price. It is located near the night market and the bus station. The rooms are clean and well serviced with towels and drinking water. They clean the room every day.

The noise from the night market singers goes on quite late at night, however what was even worse was that on our second morning there we were woken up at 5.45 by the staff and friends having a jamming session, unbelievable. The whole place needs a coat of paint and the computer for guests didnt work at all.
